Echo improvisational show at the Magnet Theater and PIT. 2006.John Fruciante and Duncan Murdoch make contact during their double run at the Magnet Theater, 2006. Echo is primal movement, Echo is rock n' roll, Echo is revelatory. Each week, the cast of Echo presented and then deconstructed slice-of-life scenes, revealing the truths of everyday interaction through music and highly stylized action. The result was a fast-paced show that evokes everything from Buster Keaton to Kabuki Theater to Keith Richards. Echo is created and directed by Deanna Fleysher and is the first production to be developed through The Rep - Magnet Theater's innovative system for original show development. Production staff for Echo includes Scott Sherman (Producer) and Shannon Manning (Executive Producer), with technical direction by Alex Marino. |
